Something about me…
I attended a school for techniques in using winter equipment in mountains and in rock climbing.
After that, I spent almost every weekend in the mountains or rock climbing.
I started working in Outdoors activities, and I got my degree in mountaineering. This is when I got involved in mountain guiding with initiation to hiking skills and mountain gear handling.
In my mountaineering curriculum, there was a field I was always fond of, extreme cold and mountain survivalism. I can’t say it was most of my friends’ cup of tea :).
Combining mountains with rock climbing made it obvious for me I should get involved into rescuing. But rescue is primarily a men’s “discipline”, and my colleagues were
But for me, my knowledge of the mountains were better served in searching than in rescuing (even if Search and Rescue goes in pair). So my mission was tracking lost and/or injured hikers where I could make use of my Red Cross – Samaritans, Rescuers and Lifeguards techniques.
Nowadays I mostly enjoy climbing and hiking with friends.
I have been in the mountains almost all my life.
I love the chilly snowy winter and the quietness in the white surroundings.
I love spring and its colorful scenery. I enjoy the summer and fall.
Every season is so different, but the feeling of happiness and calmness of the soul is what I gain from the mountains.
Rock climbing is a feeling of freedom. Climbing up is like testing my boulders and overcoming them.
When I climb, I believe that I am flying! My feet don’t touch the ground, but I am still standing.
What else can I say, I am just a mountain girl. Oh and I’m also vegan!
Why trust me?
Should I choose this model?
What does it have more than this one ?
What is its quality-price ratio?
So many questions that we naturally ask ourselves when we are spoilt for choice!
My product comparisons, written independently and updated regularly, help you select the most important points to consider before buying a product.
Here, the product comparisons are intended for anyone who wants to have an overview of the most popular products, to be able to compare the different models and to guide their purchasing decision.
It is not an advertising platform. The aim is to provide tables that allow the comparison of data and characteristics of products of different brands, and to give reliable information to consumers.
The reviews and comparison tables also present the advantages and disadvantages of each of the evaluated products.
Comparison using standardized methods
The main method I use is based on product comparison.
It is based on a participatory evaluation that takes into account customers who have already purchased and tested a product. These customers make a significant contribution to the overall evaluation.
The evaluation is carried out in accordance with defined material and specific standards, according to the following criteria
- Number of reviews in the individual online stores.
- Average score of the respective online stores.
- Price/performance compared to other models in the table.
- Specifically defined factors checked by research analysis and external product tests.
